How do I send a message to my mini session bookings?

Once clients have booked slots in your session, you can send them messages directly from the session — whether that's a quick reminder, a location update, or a pre-event note. You can write a one-off email or send a pre-built template to all clients at once.

Sending a message

SessionsSelect a sessionMessagesOpen Sessions
Go to the Messages tab inside the session.
Click New Email to write a custom message, or Quick Send to select a pre-built template.
If writing a new message, choose which clients should receive it. The default is to send to all booked clients.
Send the message.
