If you work with a team, you probably don't assign every event yourself. Staff requests let you post open events so your team can volunteer for the ones they want to work — then you choose who gets it. It keeps scheduling collaborative without losing control.
How it works
When you mark a service as open for requests, your staff members are notified and can request to work it. You review who's interested and confirm the assignment.
This works well for businesses that have a roster of available staff and want to fill events based on who's free and interested, rather than manually chasing people down.
Opening a booking for staff requests
You can open any service for staff requests directly from the Service settings page.
Reviewing and confirming staff
Once staff have responded, you'll see who's available and interested. From there, you decide who works the event.
What staff see
When a staff request is sent, the staff member receives a notification (email or in-app, depending on their settings). They'll see the event date, time, and location — enough to know whether they're available — and can accept or decline. They don't see pricing, client details, or other bookings.
